How do I log my first set?

Can I build my own routines?

Can I import data from another app?

How is my estimated 1RM calculated?

What does a plateau flag mean?
Ut labore et dolore magna aliqua. A flag appears when an estimated 1RM hasn't improved over a configurable window, prompting you to adjust volume or deload.
Can I export my data?

How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple or Google, not MTC. Cancel anytime from your App Store or Google Play account. Step-by-step instructions are on the Subscription page.
Can I get a refund?

Does my Pro plan work on all my devices?

How do I delete my account?

Privacy & photos
Where are my progress photos stored?
Your progress photos are uploaded to our private cloud storage (Cloudflare R2) under your account, so they sync across your devices. They're scoped to your account and never shown to other users. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Do you sell my data?
No. We never sell your personal data, we don't show ads, and we don't track you across other apps. Read exactly what we collect — and the third-party services we use — in the Privacy Policy.
Troubleshooting
My data isn't syncing — how do I fix it?

The app crashes on launch.
Update to the latest version, restart your device, and reinstall if needed. If it persists, send us the details and we'll dig in.
How do I restore a previous purchase?
